Duplicate License
In Case of Lost License : DDR police lost Report, Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence photo, Applicant Photo,Signature, Mobile number, Email ID.---and --- In Case of Faded or Mutilated License : Aadhaar Card, Original Driving License photo, Applicant Photo, Signature, Mobile number, Email ID.
INFORMATION : After the payment of License service charges, we’ll apply your license online and generate your license file and we’ll send it on your Email ID or WhatsApp number.
If you are below 40 years of age, then medical is not required. And If you are above 40 years of age, then Medical is required.
In this file a medical form is attached. You have to attested this medical form from your nearby MBBS Doctor. Then after the medical certificate got attested by your doctor, we’ll ask you for payment of Govt. License fees.
Generally, Govt. fees is not same in all states. That’s why, We’ll tell you at that time the exact Govt license fees.
Then after receiving payment from you, we’ll deposit the Govt. License fees, then a receipt is generated and we’ll send it you online through Email or on your Whatsapp.
Then take printout of receipt and along with License File and Receipt you have to physically submit it in your nearby RTO License office. Finally, from there, your license application is processed further.

📝 Application Process
Apply online via the Parivahan Sewa Portal or at the nearest RTO.
Submit required documents: proof of age, proof of address, and identity proof.
Book an appointment for the learner’s test or driving test.
On successful completion, the permanent license is issued.
